Here, you will find short discription of the APrIL II work
packages.

Title and Objectives |
| 1 |
Probabilistic Logic Representations and Inference
Methods |
| The objective of this workpackage is to
understand and develop probabilistic logic representations and
their inference methods. |
| 2 |
Learning |
| The objective of this workpackage is to
obtain an understanding of how various probabilistic logic
representations can be learned under di erent settings. |
| 3 |
Systems |
| The objective of this workpackage is to
obtain prototypes of PLL systems. |
| 4 |
Applications |
| The objective of this workpackage is to
develop a number of significant show-case applications of
probabilistic logic learning in the area of
bio-informatics. |
| 5 |
A theory of probabilistic logic learning |
| The objective of this workpackage is to
develop a theory of probabilistic logic learning that accounts
for representational issues (such as expressive power and
semantics), inference methods, and computational aspects of
inference and learning. |
| 6 |
Dissemination |
| The objective of this workpackage is to
disseminate our results on probabilistic logic learning
internationally. |
| 7 |
Management |
| Management of the project (goal tracking,
co-ordination, internal and external reporting, organization
and preparation of meetings, etc.). |
