The general policy of the APRIL II consortium with regard to the
dissemination level of the deliverables is that the reports are
meant to serve as the basis for publications. Therefore, they will
become public-ally available after they have been published in the
scientific literature. Drafts submitted to journals or conferences
will have the status confidential. The same holds for prototypes
and data. Data and prototypes will initially have the status
confidential. However, after major publications on the prototypes
and data, they will become publicly available for academic use
only. Commercial use will be possible but will generally require
some kind of licensing agreement (of which the details will vary
according to the prototype and data).
